From managing reservations and assisting guests before arrival to making sure each stay runs smoothly, she works hard to help every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and ready to enjoy their time at the lake.

Our Special Events Coordinator lives for bringing people's visions to life and making every celebration feel seamless and memorable. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences and making sure every detail is thoughtfully taken care of.

Keelie takes her job very seriously! Her mornings begin with her favorite routine getting treats before settling in for a busy day. She makes sure to announce every visitor who comes through the office door and is always ready to greet guests with a warm, furry welcome.

She is an important part of the behind-the-scenes team at Dooley’s Chapel and Resort. From keeping laundry fresh and stripping linens from cabins to lending a hand around the resort and chapel, she helps keep everything running smoothly. She also assists with office tasks, making her a dependable helping hand wherever she is needed. She is everybody’s Gigi.

She plays an important role on our wedding team, helping couples throughout the planning process and making sure their special day runs smoothly. She also created our Junior Ranger Program, bringing fun, hands-on activities to the families who stay at Dooley’s Resort. She enjoys helping the resort and chapel families make memories they will cherish year after year.

Our maintenance team keeps Dooley’s Resort and Chapel running smoothly and looking its best. From everyday upkeep and repairs to maintaining the grounds, they are always working behind the scenes. On wedding days, they also help welcome guests and assist with parking to keep everything organized and running smoothly.
